Step 1.Verify Requirements

You must have a current certificate of insurance on file with the City Sidewalk Inspections Office, you will be asked to upload this document as a part of your application process.

Step 3.Pay Fees

One your application has been approved, you will be expected to pay all associated fees. The permit will not be issued until fees are paid. Fees are assessed based on the scope of work for your project. You will be invoiced and can pay your fees through the citizen access portal. If you need help paying your fees, please call the Sidewalk Inspections Office at 555-555-5555.

Step 4.Permit Issued

Once your fee payment has been processed, you will receive your Sidewalk Construction Permit which will be sent directly to the contact email provided in the application.
