Submit a Complaint for Investigation

Step 1.Know the Violation

Advice for the selling and consumption of cannabis products is listed on the consumer health and information page.  Please read the laws and regulations prior to submitting a complaint to ensure valid submission. If you have documented evidence of a violation, you will have the opportunity to upload that in the complaint submission form. Please have documentation prepared prior to submission.

Step 2.Submit Online

You can submit your complaint using our online portal. All complaints may be submitted anonymously, but if you would like to be contacted with updates regarding the complaint you will need to provide your preferred method of contact.

Step 3.Department Review

The Department will review the complaint and take necessary action. If you would like to receive updates, communications will be sent once a determination is made and the issue is resolved. Please reach out to the department with any questions at 555-555-5555 or ACRP@augustuscity.gov
