Welcome to the Augustus Cannabis Regulation Program’s (ACRP) webpage for submitting a retail cannabis business application.

The State is currently accepting applications for retail commercial cannabis businesses until 5:00PM, March 31, 2022.

The application review includes evaluation of; required information, background check, required documents, and inspection(s). ACRP will notify applicants via email that the application is either:

1. Complete and accepted for further processing; or

2. Incomplete and the reasons for the incompleteness

a. ACRP must receive the missing information from the applicant no later than ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the notification. Failure to provide the designated missing information will result in disqualification of the application for further evaluation.

b. If disqualified, the applicant may reapply and pay a new application fee.

All applications must be submitted online by clicking on the “Get Started” button below. Please review the following guide to ensure you are ready to submit your application.

You will need the following information to complete this online application:

  • Applicant/Primary Contact Information including:
    • Mailing Address, phone number, email address, title, role in organization
    • Percent ownership in business
    • Length of time as a resident of this city
    • Prior Cannabis Business License Information
  • Business Information including:
    • DBA Filing
    • Tax ID/Employer Identification Number
    • Address, phone number
    • Type of retail cannabis business (Medical or Adult-Use)
    • Names and contact information of associated owners if any along with photo id.
    • Employees name, contact information, and photo id.

Fees Notice

License fees are due within 90 calendar days from the license fee invoice date. Application is disqualified if the payment is not received during that time. We do not accept payment plans; We do not accept split payments. We do not accept payments in person except for cash by appointment only. Credit Card

Have your credit/debit card ready

  • Online payments can be made through Accela. Credit card and Echeck options are available. You will need to enter your credit/debit card information to pay the permit fee.
  • Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard only. A 2.99% convenience fee will be added.
  • ECheck: Uses Bank Routing Information. No convenience fee applied.
  • Payments are applied immediately to the account.
  • Payments show on applicants' statement as "Commercial Cannabis Regulation Program".
