We consider vehicles abandoned if they've been in the same place for more than forty-eight (48) hours.
Make sure you're able to give a clear description of the vehicle and it's location. We need to know the color, make and model of the vehicle. If available, get the license plate number. A photo would be helpful as well but not required.
