PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS
You’ll need to make sure that your property is zoned properly. You can call the zoning department at 555-123-4567. We recommend that you make sure you have this before applying for your license to avoid long delays.
Before getting started, make sure you have everything you need.
To apply for your license you will need to have the things listed below.
- Contact information for the manager or person in charge of operations
- Contact information for individual in charge of accounting
- Your business federal ID number and sales tax license number

There is a $449 application fee for a first issuance of a license. You can renew your first issuance twice. There is a $139 application fee for renewals.
You will receive email notification indicating we received your application. It takes us 5-10 business days to process applications. Keep in mind that it may take longer to process your application if we find that you need to make changes. You will be notified by email if changes are necessary. Once approved, you will receive your license via email attachment.
The license must be displayed openly on the property where all customers can see.
We use a standard licensing year of July 1 through June 30 for all businesses. Your license will expire on June 30 regardless of when you apply. The fees are also the same no matter when you apply during the year. So make sure to plan accordingly.
