Step 1.Make sure this issue is eligible

You can report streetlight conditions on all City roadways, pathways, golf courses, and parking lots in public parks.

Step 2.Gather Information

You will need to report location and the type of pole the street light fixture is attached to. If you are able to submit a photo that would be helpful.
