Permits and Certified Training Programs

For Applicants that need to complete the Maine Alcohol Seller-Server Training education course, please follow the steps below:

Step 1.Register for a Account on the Public Portal

Register for the account by providing basic contact information, along with the Name of Business and License # of the BABLO issued operating license.

Step 2.Find, Apply, and Complete the Certified Training Course

You can find and register for the required educational course(s). Click the link below and login to your account to find and register for Certified Training Courses

Submit Course Schedules (Certified Training Program)

For Applicants that want to list course schedules within the BABLO Public Portal, please follow the steps below.

Step 1.Register for a "Provider" Account on Public Portal

Register for the account by providing the information to identify your Certified Training Program, including the Training Program ID#.

Step 2.Collect Course Information

Collect the course date, time, and name, number of available seats and location to prepare for entry into the Course Schedule Application. The Application may be started, saved, and completed at a later time if you don't have all the information at hand.

Step 3.Submit Course Schedule Application

Click the link below and login to your Provider account created for the Training Program. Once logged in you will be automatically taken to the Course Schedule Application and begin to enter the information.

Upload Training Course Scores (Certified Training Program)

For Certified Training Programs that want to upload completed course scores directly to BABLO, please follow the steps below.

Step 1.Register for a "Provider" Account on Public Portal

Register for the account by providing the information to identify your Certified Training Program, including the Training Program ID#.

Step 2.Format Course Scores to Standard CSV Format

Please use this example to structure the upload file. The upload file MUST be in the correct format.

Step 3.Login and Upload

Login to the account created for the Training Program and use the Upload Scores option on the home page to begin the process of uploading scores.

Users can continuously access, accurately track, and easily organize all of their achievements (merits) to help them gain new professional opportunities.

Merit app is free to individuals on the Apple istore or Google Play and can be used on any device.
