• A high rise building is any building used for human occupancy at a level 75 feet or more above the lowest level of fire department vehicle access.

Step 3.Requirements

The below information is needed for this process;

• All building information (address, folio #, owner, etc.)
• Fire Sprinkler System
• Fire Alarm System 
• Standpipe Systems 
• Fire Pump Installations
• Hazardous Materials
• Evacuation Plans

Step 4.Payment

Be prepared to pay a $120 application fee.
