The process to apply for a Fence Permit
Plans are reviewed for compliance with the following codes or City ordinances by the responsible City department. Normal review hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
When submitting, you will need the follow information:
1 . Building Address
2 . Owner and Applicant Information Contact Persons and Phone/ email
3 . Legal Description
4 . Type of Fence (Masonry, Wood, Wrought Iron etc.)
5 . Estimated Cost and Linear Feet
6 . Height of Fence
NOTE: Retaining walls over three feet in height from finish grade required to be designed by an Engineer licensed in the State of Oklahoma.
Please upload a single combined multipage PDF vector file with sheet references as bookmarks that contains:
1. Scaled Site Plan: (North arrow required)
A. Location and dimension, in feet, of all property lines, right-of-way lines, and public and private easements
B. Location and dimension, in feet, of all structures, drives, parking (including handicap provisions), landscaping, screening and lighting (both existing and proposed).
2 . Footing and Foundation Plan with details
3 . Wall Sections: Retaining walls require section details
4 . Exterior Elevations: Drawings shall depict accurate material/appearance of the structure.

Analyze Files
Your request will be routed and processed. You will be notified (via provided Applicant email) when the request has been routed and again when the request has been completed.
If there are any associated fees for this request an invoice will be provided with electronic confirmation of scheduled consultation.
