We'll cover graffiti on public, city-owned property for free.  This includes electrical boxes, telephone poles, bridge structures, street signs, traffic signs, etc.

Step 2.Gather information

Make sure you are ready to provide specific graffiti location details. Sending a photo along with your request is helpful.
